Returns Policy

At KOKIP, all goods that leave our store are checked and rechecked to ensure that the quality is up to your high expectation. In addition, KOKIP will offer an exchange for any items that are not completely satisfactory. KOKIP does not offer refunds or accept returns on any product or custom project. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the date of receipt. Goods must be returned in perfect, unused condition in original shipping box (resell able condition). Please ship back to kokip.net via insured and certified reputable courier service provider to:-

Goods must be returned with proof of purchase. KOKIP cannot be held responsible for any item returned to us in any other way. Sorry, we do not offer shipping and handling credit on returned merchandise. Please note all custom orders are final and may not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
